The international mining company is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for their Dubai branch office

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishing personal tasks of the CEO (including but not limited to property management – handling of the bills, interaction with the contractors, etc.);
  • Acting as a first point of contact to CEO, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
  • Managing the schedule of the CEO by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences;
  • Greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries;
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining database;
  • Overseeing office management ensuring the CEO’s high standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills;
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information;
  • Microsoft Office skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Conversational level of Russian.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Previous PA experience;
  • Previous office management experience with minimum 2 years is an advantage
