The international mining company is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for their Dubai branch office
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishing personal tasks of the CEO (including but not limited to property management – handling of the bills, interaction with the contractors, etc.);
- Acting as a first point of contact to CEO, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Managing the schedule of the CEO by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences;
- Greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries;
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining database;
- Overseeing office management ensuring the CEO’s high standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills;
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- Strong organizational skills, act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Conversational level of Russian.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Previous PA experience;
- Previous office management experience with minimum 2 years is an advantage
