Anastasia has a Master’s degree in International Economic Relation, Postgraduate diploma in international management, Executive MBA and multiple internationally recognized coaching certifications

She has 13+ years of international experience in supply chain, management and business coaching working with companies such as Renault-Nissan, Nordgold, Severstal, SLA Academy, Human Capital coaching Academy, UDGroup, Job4Arabists, Dataart etc.

Anastasia has 750+ hours of coaching practice and successfully served 100+ clients. She also teaches and trains coaching skills in Human Capital Coaching Academy, acts as a mentor for coaches and permanently upgrades her own coaching and psycological competencies level with international masters.

She values professional ethics, sustainable development and strongly believes into human potential, happiness and co-creation at work. That is why she supports leaders and teams in achieving their professional goals at the same time staying happy, collaborative and energised despite of the uncertainty and market turbulence.

Besides her work Anastasia is fond of mindfulness, reading, travelling, astrophotography, hiking and tribal dance.
