Marina Chekmysheva has a Master’s degree in Economics (cum-laude) and a Postgraduate diploma in psychology and a number of internationally recognized coaching certifications.

She has over 15 years of experience working as a People and Change consultant and a project manager supporting companies such as Google, Nestle, PwC and over 25 multinationals, NGOs and start-ups in Brazil, Russia, Mexico, India, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.

She has been a professional coach to more than 350 individual clients.

She strongly believes that everybody is able to strive, shine and be happy at work. That is why she supports aspiring individuals in making their dream job projects happen through career shifts or finding a job abroad.
