We are looking for an experienced CEO with background in sales to head a start-up born within an
international coal mining company. This is an innovative digital platform for mining industry that will
help mine sites around the world to manage all processes more efficient and transparent.
The role requires to work from company office in Dubai
Responsibilities
• Driving company development and revenue growth
• Launching and developing product sales and brand awareness in the international market
• Conducting overall operational and administrative company management
• Building internal processes and procedures in a newly established company
• Hiring and building an effective and professional team
Requirements
• Higher education
• Experience in sales and marketing on a global scale
• Experience working in start-up environment
• Experience in launching new product on new markets
• Deep understanding of IT and software products, ideally for mining, oil & gas or construction
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Proactivity, high level of self-organization
• Fluency in English
